NEW GIRL ACTION SHOW HITS CARTOON NETWORK
Girls who are fed up with boys having all the fun, are in for a treat this November as Juniper Lee hits Cartoon Network.
Dexter, Johnny Bravo, Ed Edd and Eddy and Samurai Jack are frequently supplying all the action on Cartoon Network but things are about to change so watch out boys, Juniper is coming!!!
Juniper Lee leads a pretty normal life in most people’s eyes. She makes good grades at school, hangs out with friends and has to deal with an overzealous younger brother. But on top of the everyday pre-teen escapades, Juniper is the Te Xuan Ze (“the Protector”). For generations, a member of her family has had both the honor and burden of keeping the balance between the real and magical world. Now it’s Juniper’s turn, and it’s not easy.
Regardless of what Juniper is busy doing, she might have to suddenly skip out to catch an unruly magical creature. But Juniper is equipped with the strength of 10 people and highly skilled in magic, so a little monster butt-kicking is no challenge for her. The real challenge of being the Te Xuan Ze is balancing her normal pre-teen life with her secret role as Protector.
Juniper’s suspicious behavior means her friends find her very strange and they get annoyed when she disappears as they do not know her secret but luckily there are a few people with whom she can share it. Her grandmother, Ah-Mah, the Te Xuan Ze before her, uses her wisdom and laid-back personality to guide Juniper through the stressful times and burdens of being the Protector. Ray Ray, Juniper’s fearless 8-year-old brother, shares in some of her magical gifts and is her constant sidekick. Then there’s Monroe, Juniper’s smart-mouthed talking pug, who has offered his knowledge of both magic and history to generations of Te Xuan Ze.
So if you want to get in on the action and join the cool club, be sure to tune into Cartoon Network this November and catch Juniper and the gang up to crazy adventures.
