Feature-length animated movie. Dorothy sets off for the Emerald City to see her old friend the Scarecrow but soon encounters Mombi, the evil cousin of the Wicked Witch of the West. Mombi plans to use her evil sorcery to depose the Scarecrow and install herself as Queen of the Emerald City and it's up to Dorothy and her newfound companions, the kindly Pumpkinhead and brave Woodenhead the horse, to save the wise Scarecrow and his kingdom. Voiced by stars including Liza Minnelli.
